In our Green School program, our goal was to complete 100 simple environmental activities during our class time in the month of April to celebrate environmental month. Our school successfully completed 60 activities. Some of the activities that we completed were: picking up garbage in the schoolyard, reusing pop bottles to make baskets, people saved electricity, garbage-less lunches, using garbage to make mobiles, planting a garden, and recycling paper. All of these projects earned our school a GOLD status.
The kindergarten class is having lots of fun planting in their garden.

A grade 5 class made a web of life to represent the ecosystem.
