The Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program (OYAP) allows students to begin training for a career in the skilled trades.
Students can earn cooperative education credits by participating.
Students may be able to register as apprentices and begin logging apprenticeship hours.
Work experiences may be available in the automotive, construction, manufacturing and service industries.
