Student Success Secondary Student Success Teams In every high school, Student Success Teams provide extra attention to students who need~it. This includes principals, student success teachers, guidance counsellors, special education teachers, co-op teachers, school support counsellors and other educators. Student Success Teams coordinate efforts to promote success for all students. Our Teams provide support for students as they navigate through their secondary school experience! Students are encouraged to utilize this resource by speaking with the Student Success Teacher. Build on the belief that students help other students succeed. Link Crew provides the structure for grade 9’s to receive support and guidance from senior students who have been through the challenges high school poses. All secondary schools in RCDSB are currently involved in Link Crew – Students are encouraged to speak to their Student Success Teacher to get involved in LINK activities.
