*  To report equipment malfunction, please have the  Serial Number and/or Workstation/Printer Name handy.   (i.e.   S/N: 202007 or Workstation Name: 3G0SCH09 found on front of equipment)

Summer Hours (July 2nd - August 31st) :    Monday to Friday 8:00AM - 3:30PM


You can now request technical assistance and chat live with someone from the Computer I.T. HelpDesk within FirstClass using the IT-Help – LIVE Chat.  This is designed for those staff members that do not have instant access to a telephone and have an IT related question or problem that they wish to request assistance with.  

Please Note:  You must have a FirstClass account to use the IT-Help - LIVE Chat

1)     Log into your FirstClass account from your desktop.

2)     Double click the Computer HelpDesk conference from your FirstClass Desktop.

3)     Double click the IT-Help - LIVE Chat icon when is visible. 

        NOTE:  HelpDesk staff may already be assisting another user(s) via chat or phone.
